Livestock/Horse Liability Release & Indemnification

The undersigned (owner), in consideration of the opportunity to board livestock/horse(s) in the Blue River Valley Ranch Lakes Association (association) pasture does hereby knowingly, freely, and voluntarily waive any right or cause of action of any kind or nature against the association, its officers, agents, owners or guests, or employees arising out of any claim whatsoever which results from any injury or damage to animals, pets, property, property owners or guests resulting from the livestock/horse’s use of or presence at the association property. 

Further, the owner shall save and hold harmless and indemnify the association, its officers, agents, owners or guests, or employees, from and against, but not limited to, all judgments, orders, decrees, attorney’s fees, costs, expenses, and liabilities the association may suffer arising from or out of any claim, investigation or defense thereof which may be entered, incurred, or assessed against the association arising from the undersigned’s use of and presence at the association property of livestock / horse(s).
